Ply lining protects the vehicle from inside and once fitted provides protection for the interior of the vehicle, it will prevent dents and bumps to the bodywork of the vehicle caused by any shifting loads or loose equipment. Ply lining can also neaten up a tired or worn looking interior which can add residual value to your asset when either selling, off hiring, or returning your vehicle at the end of its lease. Ply lining also provides a suitable base for fixing systems such as load lock racking, tie down lashing rings and load restraint points along with other forms of vehicle systems to help secure cargo during transportation.
We use a high module silicone to seal all joints and aluminium capping to door strips to prevent damage when loading and unloading.
Materials range from 6mm to 9mm flooring and 6mm sides, we also use larger sheets of ply for less joining strips all sustainably sourced and are FSC Certified.
